Alabama 4-H Foundation (Montgomery): Purchased a trailer for educational equipment that’s used for youth at 4-H events at schools, expos, festivals, & camps.

Alabama Wildlife Federation Conservation Education and Live Animal Encounter Resource Materials (Elmore): Purchased materials and equipment to use in delivery of outdoor educational programs at Alabama Nature Center.

Annual Bullock County Kids Fishing Derby (Bullock): Purchased catfish to stock a netted pond, as well as, 100 rods and reels for youth participants in the Annual Fishing Derby, which gives the youth an opportunity to learn how to fish and build social skills.

Auburn Beautification Council Renovation of Rouse Corley Garden (Lee): Purchased new fencing, plant materials, & concrete benches to renovate the Garden.

Autauga County Ground Water Festival (Autauga): To educate 4th grade students, teachers, and volunteers on the importance of protecting and conserving water resources and included a presentation by The Fishing Magician with hands on educational activities for students.

Autauga Creek Erosion Control (Autauga): Purchased flexamat permanent erosion control to install on the bed of Autauga Creek which will enable better recreational and maintenance access to the creek.

Automatic Defibrillator Project (Macon): Purchased and put into service two (2) AFO devices, at the Little Texas VFD, to enable the ability to respond when needed for cardiac emergencies.

Birding Trails Interpretive Panels (Elmore, Lee): Panels were installed in Elmore and Lee Counties to provide a learning interpretive site for visitors’ bird watching.

Bullock County EMA Vehicle (Bullock): Bullock County EMA Vehicle (Bullock): Purchased a truck for Bullock County EMA use and equipped with emergency tools for emergencies 24/7.

Bullock County Ground Water Festival (Bullock): Educate 4th grade students, teachers, volunteers on the importance of protecting and conserving water resources and included presentation by The Fishing Magician with hands on educational activities for students.

Bullock County School Security (Bullock): To ensure the safety of all teachers, staff, and students by upgrading school locks and doors.

Butler Co 4-H Wildlife Project (Butler): ‘Model/Animal Replica’ kits were purchased to engage students in science and nature by teaching them through hands on demonstrations about animals found in Butler County.

Butler County 4-H Club (Butler): To purchase equipment for a start-up archery program for youth in Butler County.

Butler Estates Fire Hydrant Grant (Butler): Purchased and installed a fire hydrant in Butler Estates Community.

CERT Training Programs (Elmore): Purchased training supplies needed for Pro Pac CERT backpacks and CERT neck wallets to equip CERT trained citizens for safety and emergency responses in times of emergency or disaster.

City of Millbrook Park and Recreation Project (Elmore): Purchased twelve (12) park benches and twenty (20) trash receptacles for Millbrook Park for use by citizens who frequent the park, walking trail, and picnic pavilion.

City of Union Springs Safety Seating (Bullock): Chairs were purchased for Senior Citizens use at the Nutritional Center in Union Springs.

Conservation Partnership with Autaugaville School and RC&D (Autauga): Students attended a full two-day program at Alabama Nature Center in Millbrook, AL that included two naturalist led outdoor activities plus a trip through the Nature Center’s hands-on discovery hall and live animal presentation.

Dementia Friendly First Responders Training (Bullock): Dementia training toolkits were purchased for First Responders.

District 4’s Multi – Purpose Trail (Macon): Funds were used to construct a multi-purpose trail, at an existing community facility, for citizens to use as they exercise and fellowship.

Enviroscape Education (Macon): Purchased life-like replicas of water sheds to teach conservation education in K-12 classrooms throughout Macon County.

Fort Deposit’s Welcome Camp Enhancement (Lowndes): (Funds were used to upgrade the baby changing station; lay a concrete walkway at handicap gate; build a RV dump station to enhance the camping facilities at Calico Fort, which opens its gates to storm evacuees.

Friends of the Forest (Autauga): Fifth grade students attended a field event which educated them on the importance of wood products, as well as, becoming good stewards of their natural resources.

Lowndesboro Town Hall Drive Way Entrance Paving (Lowndes): Funds were used to repave the entrance to Lowndesboro Town Hall and Water System Building, which enables the citizens to conduct municipal business and pay water bills without incurring additional damage to property or personal vehicles.

Macon County Farmer’s Market Upgrade (Macon): Funds were used to upgrade crush run materials in the parking area of the farmer’s market for safety, as well as, to upgrade parking areas.

Marbury High School Ready for Robotics (Autauga): Purchased robotic classroom kits and individual advanced kits which support the STEM curriculum in constructing and programming robots.

New Playground Equipment for Autaugaville School (Autauga): Purchased and installed new playground equipment for the elementary students of Autaugaville School creating a safe and secure place to play and have physical exercise and activities.

Our Rich History (Lee): Purchased materials for school field trips, music programs, archaeology camp workbooks, and supplies for children who attend on-site Saturday field trips, and a summer archaeology camp.

Redland VFD- Phase 2 (Elmore): Purchased extraction equipment for Station 2, which will also be shared with three other departments.

Road Improvements for Middle Rd. / Madix Drive (Elmore): Funds were used to fully implement the road improvements needed to make travel conditions on Middle Rd. and Madix Dr. easier for all drivers.

Santuck VFD Supply Line (Elmore): Purchased supply hose to equip pumpers and tanks which will provide a greater level of fire protection to the community.

Sensory Playground (Butler): To enhance the Special Education Department’s facilities by purchasing sensory playground items for children with autism, sensory disorders, and physical limitations.

Smuteye VFD Equipment for Fire Truck (Bullock): (Purchased fire equipment for a pumper fire truck, which was donated to the VFD from a sister VFD.

Softball and Baseball Field Improvements SMCA (Montgomery): Funds were used to install two sets of bleachers and for preparing the baseball and softball fields for other upgrades.

Storage Shed (Lee): Purchased shed to house all educational items used to teach 4-H clubs in Lee County.

The Lee County Ground Water Festival Magic Show (Lee): Funded the Amazing Water Planet Magic Show to teach 4th graders about the effects of unclean water in our waterways.

The Reading Tree (Butler): To purchase materials to construct “The Reading Tree” deck and benches for an outdoor reading classroom that accommodates up to two full classes of students at a time.

Town of McKenzie VFD (Butler): Purchased truck, two (2) mounted and five (5) digital hand radios for the Town of McKenzie VFD to use for their service of and protection of the citizens of McKenzie and surrounding areas.

Union Springs Senior Center Air Conditioner (Bullock): Purchased a new air conditioning unit for the senior citizens’ benefit who utilize the center on a daily basis.
